Caught is an AI-powered personality platform. We create reads that analyze your answers using artificial intelligence to generate personalized results, insights, and comparisons with friends.

Caught does not provide health care, mental health services, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app — including AI-generated results, personality analyses, and compatibility readings — should be interpreted as a clinical or professional opinion.

We own the content, questions, and result templates. Your individual results and data belong to you.
Free tier: Caught is free to use with ads (served by Google AdMob). Free users get 3 reads per day plus additional reads via rewarded ads.
Pro subscription: Removes all ads and unlocks premium features including 10 reads/day, full AI analysis, 3 Deep Reads/day, and unlimited Pair Checks. Available plans:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds follow Apple App Store / Google Play policies.
Our AI analyses are generated by large language models (Claude by Anthropic). While we strive for accuracy and insight, AI can make mistakes. Results may be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected.
The Caught name, logo, design, content, and AI-generated material are owned by us. You may share your individual results but not reproduce our platform content or design.
Caught is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caught and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app — including, without limitation, any reliance on AI-generated content, personality results, or compatibility analyses.
You expressly acknowledge that Caught is entertainment software and assume all risk associated with its use.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country), without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply.
Informal Resolution First: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Caught shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration shall take place in Tbilisi, Georgia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.
Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.
Your use of Caught is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including your rights under GDPR and CCPA.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caught and its creators, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Caught offers auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Caught does not process payments directly.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of major changes.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Caught regarding your use of the platform. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
